AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mike and Kevin Pimental did everything they could do to help us get a car with my credit not being good at all. They also made sure to get me into a program to help me rebuild my credit of which I am very thankful......They got us back on the road beep beep....and have me back on the road to rebuilding my credit!!!!!!!!!!! They are so nice,cool, and helpful please please go see them!!!!! We had the best experience ever I fully recommend them!!! And thank you to Debbie too she was so nice and the customer service cannot be beat!!!! They all went way above and beyond to help us with such ease the process was so smooth and simple!!!!! Go Dallas!!!!!haha

Very good!!!

Whatever it took!! Very happy with purchase!! 2013 Ford Fusion se Turbo!! Just recived my refural check!! $$$ And they are also very happy with their purchase!

Mislead on price

Called and made offer on vehicle over the phone because I would be traveling over an hour one way. Was told by Debbie the offer was "more than fair" so off I go. Arrived, drove the car made my "more than fair offer" and was turned away because there was "no way we can sell for that price". Called Debbie who seemed shocked and said she would call me back. Still waiting for the call. Wasted half a day and 2 1/2 hours driving!

John I understand that you had issue in regards to the pricing we have a disclaimer listed with every vehicle, but we are open to negotiate pricing on all of our vehicles. Thank you for coming to visit us and that you will give us another opportunity to earn your business

NOT prestigious!

Saw a truck that looked like it might be what I needed. But, Prestige Auto is over an hour away. So, I called the dealer to discuss a price point over the phone. Made an offer based on the truck being in good shape and was told the offer was "more than reasonable". After driving all the way down and test driving the truck, I made my "more than reasonable" offer. Was told by the salesman that there was NO WAY they could sell at that price. Their best offer was not even close! He also said, the woman I spoke with was, "just trying to get me in the store"! On the way home I called the office back to talk to them about my experience. The same woman acted surprised and said she'd call right back. She didn't call....... A huge waste of my time and money to go there. Needless to say Prestige is less than prestigious in their tactics.

Very pushy salesman

My friend and I were looking forward good quality car.. No sooner did we get out of the vehicle we were in we were pounced upon by a very pushy salesman.. He barely gave us time to look for a vehicle before he was having us fill out paperwork..

The BEST buying Experience Ever...

Eric, Dave and Kevin were great to work with, they made this purchase go smoothly. All our questions were answered promptly. All three of these gentleman were great in every aspect of our deal. And while we were finishing up the paperwork and picking up the vehicle the other 2 employees that were there kept our 6 year old well entertained. A great experience and went above and beyond for me.

Kevin, Miguel and Manny were great to work with. My husband bought a car thru them and when he came home he went on and on how great they were to him. I was looking to trade in my vehicle and I said I would just stop by too see what they have to offer. They were so nice from the moment I met them and they took care of me throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Awesome customer service!!

This was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had! The entire staff at Prestige Auto Mart 3 were happy to work with me. Kevin, Chris and Miguel were absolutely outstanding and, through the entire process were helpful, friendly and never left me wondering or waiting. I would recommend this dealership to everybody! Absolutley amazing experience!!!

I could never say enough about this dealership & all its employees!! I needed a car & had not so great credit and in 24 hours I was in an amazing car, they got me financing at a fair interest rate & actually got me a payment $100 less per month than I expected!! This whole experience was quick & painless & everyone was friendly & made me feel comfortable right away with purchasing my vehicle from them!! As a matter of fact the bumper on my new purchase had some chipped paint & they will be re-painting it for me at no cost!! I can't thank them enough!! Robyn Richardi
