Excellent service, experienced and helpful

I came in knowing what I wanted and I walked away with the vehicle the same day. It was a two hour drive to the dealer, but well worth it. A delight to work with!

Good experience

I was in need of a newer reliable car. Shopped another dealer a few month before going to Prestige. I saw a car on their web site that interested me. Spoke with a young man named Mike, he was not that experienced with customer service, he was trying to hard to make a sale for a car that I could no way afford. In stepped Eric, he listened to my concerns and search the inventory to find a car in my budget. I am more than pleased with how they handled the whole purchasing experience. They got me a nice car within my price range and what I really wanted. Was looking for an inexpensive car with four cylinders, four doors and four tires. From the first offer to the final price took awhile but they were pleased and I was happy. They addressed concerns I had by providing a CarFax report. I would recommend Prestige Auto Mart to anyone looking for a good used car, They make sure you are informed from the first meeting to delivery, including what has to be done to the car before you can except delivery, if any repairs need to be made.

So so customer service

My deals with Prestige did not start off well. I searched on the Internet for a car within a certain number of miles from my zip code. I found the car I like and proceeded to call and get the process started for getting a newer car. Mind you i was a little desperate to get a new car because the last person that worked on my last car broke the sway bar, and I needed a new transmission so I was tired of putting more money into an old car. I bought the car on a tues, I wasn't able to drive the car because they were servicing it, putting new brakes on, oil change. .. I got an ok price on the car. But none the less I needed a car. I told them Fri i could pick up the car, i ask if they could bring it to the Providence store ask they were able to arrange it. When I got my car on Friday it was filthy. Drip marks on the bumper, dirt around the inside of the door, when I rolled down the window there was this one inch film around the edge hidden under the rubber. Then my car did not pass inspection in Rhode Island. I called to complain, I told them that I will also need a car because I had things to do. They said they would arrange everything and was able to get me a loaner car. They said when I arrive they would call Enterprise to pick me up. I told them they should call Enterprise first so the I'm not waiting for them to get there. Who ever it was on the phone, either Kevin or Bob, said " oh no, we'll call when you get here, we don't want Enterprise waiting on you." I was floored with that comment. I got there a little before 4:00 pm because I hear them talking about how it's almost 4:00 and so and so wasn't back with the license plate for so and so's car. Enterprise did not pick me up until 20 mins to 5 and I did not get home until 6 because I had to drive from Raynham Ma to Cumberland Ri. Kevin did try his best to make things right, but i felt it was just enough not really going above and beyond the call of duty, but when I did get my car back after they detailed and had it pass inspection the car turned out beautiful. I am pleased with the results. I did make a comment the the car should of been handed to me in this condition In the first place and Kevin agreed. Professional and Personal

I worked with a Professional African American young man by the name of Mike Hilliard. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an automobile. Anyone reading this review please do yourself a favor, if you plan to go to Prestige Auto 3 ask for Mr. Mike Hilliard he is THE BEST!
