Even though the service department was extremely busy, the staff was very welcoming and made sure that I was comfortable while waiting for my service to be completed. I even had a very nice chat with the associate who sold me my car in 2013 - Michael Osterndorf. It was a very nice gesture that he extended himself for a former customer and it made the service experience more enjoyable.
