easy to schedule appointment; service reps are very nice. I needed a tire checked (which I purchased at the dealer) due to a slow leak. There was a nail in the tire so they patched it. They didn't even fill up the tire or check tire pressure after tire rotations (all 4 tires were at different levels with the one they patched very low).

Dakota, Mike, and Len and all others who helped - the young man from the garage, as well - were exemplary! I was treated with kindness, respect, and felt completely valued. The employees of Palmen KIA are true, wonderful assets for the dealership and the car company.
