DO NOT BUY A CAR AT Curry Chevrolet's ON CENTRAL AVE IN SCARSDALE! Worst car shopping and customer service experience of my life! They lied, dragged... me around, and wasted my time all summer. They illegally sold me a car with an open recall claiming it had been fixed. An hour before I was supposed to pick up my new car they called to say the recall hadn’t been fixed and I couldn’t get the car until it was. At first they said it would be quick but quick soon turned into no timeline at all. Almost 3 months later I received the car with not even so much as an apology for the inconvenience. Even on the day of pickup after they made me wait over 3 hours to pick up the car- they offered me a bottle of water twice and then never even delivered that much. They dodge phone calls, do not respond to emails, and never get back to you. Amir (the manager)- is full of excuses while Mike (the salesman)- doesn’t even know what’s included in the certified pre-owned package. Their own sales team refer to Amir as Mr. Molasses and a few even mentioned that they don’t trust their own personal cars with the service department. In short- I would rather walk to work through a path of hot coals everyday for the rest of my life rather then buy another car from this dealership.
Staff was courteous, pleasant, and professional. They seemed knowledgeable as well.

It’s only been 3 months and im on visit 4-5, by this point I lost count.... customer service is horrible sales reps are sharks that come swarming as soon... as they smell blood. The presale inspection was a horrible example of “great service” I bought a used bmw at a bmw dealership a month before I bought this truck at curry and it’s yet to show any negative attributes at 20k miles more than this truck.... come on if you don’t like hearing complaints stop with the pre sale bandages and do a job correctly. My payment went through perfectly so at least return the favor. From broken trim, missing bumper guard components, missing entertainment system remotes, dead key and now squeaky brake rotors.. I mentioned a few of these things prior to purchase and yet I’m told to come back later for key battery replacement “free of charge”.. just find yourself a different Chevy dealership. This place is not where you want to buy a used car. Then we wonder why domestic car sales are down....
We had an excellent experience and the entire staff was courteous and pleasant. We only visited one dealership and they gave us exactly what we asked for.... Very smooth process very cooperative with my wife and me. Will gladly send anyone looking for a car straight to them.

They need to be "Customer Oriented" in their service department! Never again with Curry.
I brought my mint 1987 Chevy Monte Carlo SS into Curry Chevrolet's Service Department last week for a New York State Safety Inspection, an oil change,... and a coolant flush. I knew that my right turn signal was not working, so I told them to replace the right front bulb and see if that was the problem. If the turn signal started working again, I told them to go ahead and perform the State Inspection. If it required more than just a bulb, I told them not to perform the State Inspection. After waiting over 6 hours (I was told that the long wait was due to the fact that only two mechanics at the service department are qualified to work on a car so old), I was told that I needed a right flasher, and not a bulb. I asked them if they had performed the safety inspection yet, and they said no. Since I had waited so long already, and had other things to do that afternoon, I told them to forget about the safety inspection and just give me my bill for what had already been done on my car. When I examined my bill, I noticed that not only had they charged me for the safety inspection that I told them not to do, but they charged me $37 for it. $37 is the price for the combined NYS Safety and Emissions Inspection. As I have a car that is older than 25 years old, I am only subject to the $10 NYS Safety Inspection. Curry Chevrolet's Service Department, specifically Service Advisor Derrick Warren, is dishonest and I will not be bringing my car back to them ever again. Furthermore, I will tell my friends, family, and acquaintances in mid and lower Westchester County about these crooks!
