I’m not the type to leave bad reviews, but this experience was just too disappointing. I scheduled my Tahoe’s first oil change a week in advance for 9:30 AM and mentioned I’d be waiting at the dealership. After three hours in the waiting room, I asked about my car, and the advisor said he’d tried calling me — even though he knew I was right there and the phone signal is terrible. Poor communication and lack of attention. Really disappointed.

Horrible, 1st, dropped Chevy Silverado truck off for fuel pump replacement (about $3K)...got truck back after 1 MONTH...found out passenger side door was DINGED (+scratches)...asst shop manager Desmond (?) said he would try to buff it out (not happening, I said I'll fix it myself), but want discount on future repair. 2nd, drove over 30 mil to go home, OK, parked truck in driveway for 2 days rest, then started truck up and CHECK ENGINE LIGHT GOES ON! Found out on Web and called local mechanic and indicated it could have been done inadvertently or deliberately when Chevy replaced fuel pump. 3rd, Chevy took truck for another 3 days to fix and charged me for parts + labor charge (about $500.00, $200 additional labor), even though Desmond agreed with me that they might have done it, but refused to waive full labor charge because it was against Chevy's policy! Last time taking it here (as a loyal repeat customer)! --Nick R.

Curry Chevrolet in Scarsdale plays all of the lame games every other dealership plays. They had me wait in the waiting from for over an hour when I asked for list of all of the fees, taxes and total cost of the vehicle. So when I got up and left they came running after me but at that point it was clear that they were just wasting my time. Just get rid of the dealers and go direct to consumer, no one has time for this.

Very professionally run outfit offering very competitive pricing and above average service. All personnel were committed to going above and beyond. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Good Service!!!!!, and I will have the car serviced again in the future in the same facility!! The Service Manager was a professional as far as his approach was concerned!!!

Was told warranty work wasn't covered when in fact, it was. Called GM and they confirmed it was. I'll be going to another dealership for service in the future.

A truly sleazy sales experience where the list price of the vehicle was marked up with bogus fees. When called out on this scam, it was the classic routine of let me talk to my manager. And then on service, they said nothing was under warranty - but I called Chevrolet and they said I had a three year bumper to bumper. Go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service I called and asked how much for a synthetic oil change They quoted me a price Once there to pick up the car the price was 30 dollars more I showed them proof I had purchased an oil change coupon and returned it since price was told was the same Arrogant manager Will never go there again

Horrible. Do not bring your vehicle to be serviced here. I did an overnight drop off for an 6:45 am oil change appointment and my vehicle was never serviced. I called at 1pm to see where in the process they were and said it was still being worked on. I called at 4:30 pm and they didn’t even get to my truck. None of the representatives nor the manager could give me an answer!!!! Never go here!
