Dont bring your car in here for service or possible

Dont bring your car in here for service or possible warranty issues. Dropped off my car at 9 am tuesday morning, car went into limp mode, service tech that first greeted me asked me if i had an appointment right after i told him i just broke down on i-287 because of the car going into limp mode. Service tech said the code that was being thrown off the car computer “was most likely under warranty” where i agreed to leave the car. Service tech did tell me if they perform the diagnostic i would be charged a flat rate of $185, if i didnt do the work on the car there which i was fine with. I called at 1045 am to see what the status was, i was told that my service tech was busy with another customer and id be called back, i was never called back, i called at 1145am to be told that they would have a better understanding at 1:30pm and i would receive a phone call which I never did. I called at 2:30pm to check the status citing i needed to know if the car was going to be diagnosed and fixed so i could make next day work accommodations with commuting. I was finally called back at 4:30 pm by my service tech who said “the best mechanic here” worked on your car and theres alot of issues and they need another 5 hours of diagnostics. I said no thank you and i would come to the dealer to talk about the issue. After coming to the dealer and speaking with the service manager and expressing my concerns, they offered to waive the initial $185 and i said i would like my car back, then my car would not start, and i couldnt leave with it. I told the service manager i drove the car in here and now i cant drive it out which he replied “you drove it in here with codes”. I was never offered a ride, a loaner or a rental. The service manager said they would get the car started and call me tomorrow morning. It is now wednesday afternoon at 2:10pm, i still have not heard back from this dealership. The dealers lack of customer service and communication has been absolutely horrible. My car has now been stranded there for 29 hours. The car being a 2021 chevy equinox with 32,000 miles on it under factory warranty and this chevy dealer cant figure out the problem go figure.

They were clean professional, and quick turn around time I had to wait for my car. They have always been that way every time I go there, and that is why I do go there only!

The worst place I have been, I went today feb, 27 to get a nail off my tired, and they put a new one instead of fixing the one I have in it, they argued that was not fixable, even though the Mavis Discount Tire guy, told me it was a easy and cheap fix, that is disgusting how they take advantage in something so simple to get money out of us, I will never going back that, unless is for my oil change, because is on my lease already, but the rest forget it. Not the first time they are so horrible over there! I WILL NEVER INDICATE THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, unless is on your leasing, DO NOT GO OVER!! HORRIBLE, JUST HORRIBLE!
