Brian Lilly and the staff made the process of purchasing

Brian Lilly and the staff made the process of purchasing a vehicle an enjoyable one! My wife and I appreciated Brian’s commitment to customer service. He went the extra mile to make sure that we were welcome, was very transparent with the necessary details needed for a successful vehicle purchase, and was very compassionate for us and our long travel distance to pick up our vehicle. He even went out of his way to make sure that we had a lunch that was provided for us when we arrived! We would highly recommend Brian and the staff at I-90 Nissan, and would encourage others to seek them out when a vehicle is needed. Thanks Brian and staff for a wonderful experience!

This is a great dealership!

This is a great dealership!! I have been using this dealership for the last 3 years and I have had nothing but great things come out of it! I just bought my first car ever, and Brian was fantastic. He is very personable, understanding, and very knowledgeable. This is a forever dealership that I will continue to be using!

Spent 2500 on brakes and AC.

Spent 2500 on brakes and AC. Car had no other issues. Got it back and would die on side of road. No engine light or code. They claimed it was some trans differential part. Spent another 2500. Did not fix issue and car would die randomly. We had no issues with vehicle other than AC wasn't working and they felt brakes needed to be completed. Spent almost a year without a car. They refused to correct the issue and claimed engine harness. I asked what part of the engine harness would stall the vehicle out and not throw a code. The refused service despite being a certified Nissan repair center. As a person that loved Nissans and had several, I will never have another one. I also will never buy anything from I90 or North Olmsted Nissan.

I had a very good sales experience, in fact I was not

I had a very good sales experience, in fact I was not even going to buy a car for another year but found a car with low miles and more for my trade than I was expected. My boyfriend had a Nissan Frontier and was inquiring about service while I looked at cars on the lot. I recommend both service and car sales. Dealership was easy to deal with and no high pressure selling!

I had to rate 1 to submit, that is generous. I needed a cap to cover a space for foglight. I was sent to Parts and was told it would cost $250.00 to replace this. I got two on Amazon for $22.00 and it snapped right on.

On April 10.

On April 10.2024 Stop for a oil change Jason Boismier recommended service that needed to be done . He was pleasant, after coolant flush, oil change, front brakes everything was fine except they didn’t rotate my tire it a small thing but did they forget to check my pressure also. I have been coming there for 14 years after purchasing my Nissian Murano small things matter 😔 Marlene Walker

This is a great dealership! Brian was an excellent salesman. He went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% satisfied with the purchase of my new car. I highly recommend him and I-90 Nissan!!

The easiest experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Rino, the salesman, was very professional. He let me drive the car as long as I wanted. No pressure. Great people. I would definitely deal with them in the future.

I had a situation that I wasn't sure was going to be

I had a situation that I wasn't sure was going to be manageable, but Mr. Brian Lily told me to come in and he'd do his level best to help me figure it out. He was candid but kind, and he made sure I knew and understood what the terms would be, should he be able to pull off what I was hoping to accomplish. He did, in fact, help me and I was able to walk away with a vehicle. He was very responsive to any questions and/or concerns I had. I'd highly recommend I-90 Nissan. Everyone who was involved with the process was kind, and if you are considering buying from them, I'd highly recommend requesting Mr. Lily to be your purchasing agent.
