Excellent!

Came down from Milwaukee to buy - Classic had the exact car we wanted (very few even close to what we wanted in south/eastern WI) and we had a time crunch. Not sure what to expect, but got more than we bargained for - super easy negotiating, car nicely presented, friendly, absolutely no complaints! EXCELLENT dealer!!

Buy with confidence

I'm not 'a car person' so the the idea of buying a car fills me with apprehension. General Manager, Rick, sales guy, Juan and Finance Manager, Sean made the experience easy. No pressure, great information and a lot of patience as I test drove a lot of cars., asked a ton of questions and changed my mind a few times. How wonderful to buy from a dealership that feels like working with a nice neighbor- they are there to help you. Now.. I love my car, trust my sales team and feel like I got a great deal! Buy with confidence!

Best car buying experience I had so far

Very polite and invested sales people. Quick, no hassle overall experience. Minimum bargaining resulted in acceptable for me price and conditions. Surprised how well KIA cars and dealerships evolved over last decade, even comparing to my BMW and Infiniti purchasing experience.

Classic Kia - Waukegan IL

On Friday 9/30/2016, I leased a 2016 Kia Optima for the first time at Classic Kia on 425 N. Green Bay Rd, Waukegan, IL 60085. I had the pleasure or working with the General Manager, Rick Danca. To say the least, Rick was very respectful, kind, honest and informative. I have always had very negative experiences when purchasing or leasing a vehicle. However, this was the first time I left a dealership feeling satisfied with my purchase, my trade in and overall felt confident in my new car. I am more than thrilled with my new Kia Optima! I love all the features and can truly say, I will never buy from another dealership. Due to Rick Danca being so polite, genuine and taking the time to really explain & explore my options, I will refer anyone looking to buy to this dealership and will be a customer for life. Big, modern, clean facility

Classic KIA was the largest, cleanest most modern KIA dealership we visited during our search. Our salesman was Pete Smith and he was a real straight shooter who's going to take care of us post-sale. Now that we've got the car, we feel like we have a dealership we'll want to return to for service, maintenance (and free car washes). If you're looking for a car dealership in the northern suburbs, I'd start here.

MY purchase of an Optima 2016

This is the 5th vehicle my immediate family has acquired from Classic KIA. there has never been a non truth spoken about any of the deals made. I have always checked Classic against 5 other KIA dealers on each sale and Classic has been a great and fair price. The sales force has bent over backwards to achieve our business each and every time with out fail. Any service performed on the vehicle has been prompt and accurate and at the price quoted with no surprises. I recommend to anyone to inquire about a vehicle from Classic KIA. I rate them at a full "5 STAR" company.

Great new car purchase experience

Peter Smith is the first new car sales person with whom I have had an excellent purchase experience. Immediately upon calling the dealership I had asked for a knowledgeable salesperson that would be straight forward and easy to work with. This car purchase was especially complicated as it was for my mother and Peter had the task of educating me on the car of my mother’s choosing, helping to ensure that she received all of the options she had wanted and seeing to it that our price requirements were met. I am happy to say that Mr. Smith was successful in each of these objectives and he had accomplished this in a very efficient manner. I had some initial phone conversations with him. Next I net with him to secure the price and order the car. At the end of the same week, I brought my mother to the dealership to test drive the actual vehicle that she was to purchase and tack delivery of it. I have to say that Peter Smith was especially kind and patient with my mother in educating her on the operation of all of the cars features. He even encouraged her to test drive the car two times so that she could feel the difference in the cars various stability control settings. At no point was there any pressure and the actual purchasing process was quick and easy. Both my mother and I are very happy with the excellent customer service that we have received by this kind man. He is a true gentleman.

Honest car salesman!!!

I was so doubtful about buying a new car. The process is never easy. Everything changed the day we walked into Classic Kia. Cody made buying a new car a happy experience from start to finish. We talked to him over the phone and told him what we were looking for and what what had to work with. Cody and Ryan went above and beyond and made this the most pleasent experience ever! We left there in our new 2015 Kia Soul with our heads held high and happy! I can honestly say these guys could not be any more honest then they are. Thank you! Cindy & Jim
