The gentleman that sold us the car, Mike Barnes, was very patient, as well as friendly and knowledgable. He had to drive to 2 other lots to get several cars, until I decided which one. He didn't mind a bit. The finance guy however, was too pushy on the warrantees, dragging out the final purchasing process.

This is the first time I was looking to get a brand new car, and Lester Glenn could not have made it any easier. I had gone to other dealerships and they were not even comparable to Lester Glenn. The employee that helped me and my dad was Sam Fowler. The second we got out of the car, he was there to greet us and help get us started. We went in knowing what my budget was, and Sam helped us get as close as possible to it, with me being comfortable with the price. I went in to lease a car, and they made it simple. Being a previous Hyundai owner, I knew the product was what I wanted, and the second Sam started talking about the Sonata, I knew it was for me. My experience at Lester Glenn was just what I needed. This was a big decision I was making, and they helped to reassure me, it was the right one. I highly recommend Lester Glenn, because you won't leave unsatisfied.

I have looking for a newer car for the last 2 months or so. I have been to Lester Glen a couple of times by myself, and this time with my wife. My initial contact at Lester Glen was with Robert Ruotolo, so when arriving, We asked for Robert. My wife liked the Hyundai Tuscon better that the Santa Fe. We explained our needs to Robert and looking at different vehicles, he directed us to a 2010 certified Tuscon Limited. Although the final cost was a little bit more than we wanted to spend, the limited had just about every option including the navigation/backup camera, etc. The Tuscon met all of our needs and then some. We agreed on a price and Mr. Ruotolo and Dave Shinn in Finance made the process seamless and simple. The sales group are cordial and friendly. We will highly recommend that anyone looking for a car at Lester Glen contact Robert. You will be treated fairly and honestly.

Lester Glenn Hyundai is the best car dealership. Normally compliments arent given for car dealers or dealerships. I can tell you this dealership is A+ for customer service, sales, profesionalism etc. You feel welcome, listened too, and leave there wihtout any nervous pits in your stomach. There is no pressure to buy or make a decision that moment. I have never seen a dealership so crowded where every person is working from sales to finance and people are waiting for seats, how awesome is that! I will never go anywhere else for a car purchase. A community involved, supportive, friendly dealer and A+ experience all the way around! 5 stars for my new friends!

Right when when i walked into the parking lot bob was there ready to help me and mom. He was very patient when deciding on what car to choose. I never felt pressured to buy a car or what car to buy. I had a very good expierence that day!

It was not the first dealership that I visited but it was a pleasant experience from the minute I walked in. Vincent was professional and accomodating. Brian was pleasant and personable. Would definitely recommend this dealership.
