On Sunday 8/23 my engine light came on and I needed to be in Ormond Beach the next day at 3p. I went into service on Monday, their busiest day and in spite of not having an appointment and being fully booked, JO's service team solved my problem in a little over an hour. Five Stars to Jaguar Orlando

Coming from a 10 year relationship with Maserati and 3 cars, my first Jaguar purchase. Unfortunately I hit a pothole on Orange and messed up not only my tire but my rim Called the Jaguar of Orlando Service department and talked with Tim and within the hour not only was I towed to dealership but had the coverage for repair and by the end of the day...my car. Cant express enough the quality of service there and the remarkable feeling of having the whole team behind you. My type for sure. Completely dishonest dealership. Started off with a test...
Completely dishonest dealership. Started off with a test drive that the car had 2 back tires completely worn to the thread which is completely unsafe for the customer. Anyways they replaced the tires and I bought the car. Car was completely flawed and wasn’t sold as advertised. Nothing worked on it and all the buttons and badges were stuck. I was told numerous times they would make this right and they never did. I even asked to get back into my trade vehicle and had no luck. Long story short, I ended up selling the car back Jaguar Orlando then had to wait WEEKS for the check to be cut. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this dealership!
