Let me just preface by saying that I went to 9 dealerships before meeting Donna to look for my perfect car. Yes, NINE. As you know, it is extremely difficult to find cars that don't have a high mark up right now. (Posted March 2022) Donna was by far the easiest and most professional saleswoman to find me what I needed. Buying with Donna was a breeze. She answered all my questions, found what I needed and got the price that was right for me. Most of our communication was done through calls and texts before arriving at the dealership. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Galphin Mazda was equally as amazing! The management, finance Manager and other sales people were fantastic. I would recommend Donna and Galphin Mazda to anyone who simply wants to buy a new car with no games or hidden agendas. I was in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half. Where to begin? Julio has been extremely professional, Knowledgeable, patient, respectful and kind not only to me but my four legged love Gatsby. He was transparent with the process and did his homework on the vehicle of my interest. He followed through on all open questions and action items, reached out when vehicle arrived for me to test drive, and followed up when my actual appointment was set. The leasing process was very clear and efficient. He helped me set up and explained all the features I needed help with. He’s no doubt the best car sales professional I came to contact with. Also, this dealership overall is a very welcoming, not imposing type of a place. They give you room to breathe and decide. Very impressed.
