By far the worst experience. I spent almost a week expecting to buy a car only to be told that the car is below standard. Not the fault of the sales person... but upper management who failed to ensure the car was up to standard before advertising. Then service on my vehicle — horrible. The GM actually engaged in a shouting match with me. I was treated like crap.
