Was never contacted, the site needs to be better at responding to ads they put on the web.

I made an offer through your website form on this 2015 Mustang and never received a call back or a reply. I included my contact information on the offer.

Contacted them about a car they had for sale. I wanted to buy it. They are about 600 miles or so away from me. I wanted to have it shipped to me. Their website says they ship nationwide but the salesman said they would not ship the car because of its age???? I then contacted them further to suggest either they make an exception because I am a serious buyer or I can make the shipping arrangements myself. They never responded. I contacted them again. Again, no response. What is that all about?

Very friendly service. Seemed very organized. Did not pressure into anything. Got right to business. Tried getting us the best possible rate they could.

Dealt with them on a vehicle and got an appt (set by them) to pick it up with full-price check in hand. Drove almost 2 hours to dealership and arrived 5 minutes before another buyer for the same vehicle (using a different salesperson) and were told to wait...they sold the vehicle to the other buyer while we were in the waiting room. NOTE: This dealership will NOT take a deposit and/or hold a vehicle! BIG waste of time and money on our part. VERY unprofessional and unreputable way to do business; NEVER AGAIN! I would have given 0 stars as a rating but it won't take less than 1.

Bought a Cadillac, in less than a week, multiple Service warnings and the Cue screen blinks and changes on its own. The leveling system tilts the car while driving. PP helping on one issue, I asked the Boss to call me, he just emailed and said I wouldn’t like the answer and that every thing is “as-is” and have now ghosted me. I will easily have over $1,000 into fixing the mechanical/electrical issues and I haven’t had it long enough to even get license plate. No way they would allow this for one of their family members.

Was the easiest buying experience I’ve had in quite some time. The price was right and Z Medhi was great and handled everything appropriately. He was professional and had the car ready to go for my test drive. I will definitely look at PricePro again for my next car purchase.

I found the model and trim I was looking for at a fair price. I wasn't sure about buying the car sight unseen. Z made the process easy and quick and arranged the shipping for me. Very happy with there process!

My husband and I were helping a young friend find a car that would suit the needs of her young family. The young man, Z, who helped us was genuinely interested in what would best suit her.
