THE INTERNET SALES TEAM LOGAN, JESSICA AND BRANDI MADE EVERYTHING EASY BY HAVING EVERYTHING WORKED OUT BEFORE I CAME IN. THE FINANCE TEAM WAS ALSO VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DON JACOBS TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NEW VEHICLE.

I strongly recommend Don Jacobs Honda. I’m leasing a new Honda. My sales person was Jo Johnson. She also sold me my 2004 Honda. All of my experiences with Jo have been wonderful. She’s so knowledgeable fast and helpful. I’m truly lucky to have had Jo as my sales person for the new Honda FIT I’m currently leasing and for my 2004 Honda si when I purchased it.

Traveling late in the evening through KY recently we had an issue with a new (used) Honda HR-V. The lower engine cover was coming loose and making a lot of noise. After duct-taping it at a gas station we completed the drive to our hotel. Jacobs Honda was the closest dealer to the hotel so I showed up the next morning 10 minutes before the service dept opened. They took the car in and replaced all of the fasteners on the cover, not just those that fell out, did it in under an hour and at an exceptional price. Frank Kaczmarek treated us very professionally. We were all relieved and felt fortunate our hotel happened to be near Jacobs Honda. We were back on the road continuing our trip without much delay.

I’ve bought 2 cars from Don Jacobs and they have always been awesome! They’ve always provided excellent service and are extremely professional and have beat other dealerships in price both times. My salesman Mike D was completely thorough in explaining my new cars features and super nice, and patient. Scott in finance was also great at explaining different options and very friendly and professional. I could not be more pleased with my purchase or buying experience.

I would have given it 5 stars but the financing time checking out was a little long. The dealer I worked with was great everyone was very friendly overall it was a pleasant experience.
