This used to be a good dealership. I bought 2 GTIs from them. My last one I brought in for service for a check engine light august 2023. I was told they couldn’t look at my car for a month. This was my daily driver. I took it to an independent garage and had it back in less than a week I also had them document corrosion damage under the extended warranty. I never heard back and ended up taking it to another dealer. Ever since the owner was appointed a diplomat this dealership has gone downhill. The service department is rude and apparently they can’t keep technicians according the service rep I talked to.

Deployed service member here. My wife took her 6 year old CC there for some recalls and next thing you know had a list of $17K of repairs that would be needed. She sent me the list and most of what was on the list were thing that had already done with preventative maintenance (air filters, tire rotations/alignments, etc.). So apparently the business practice is to come up with a list of xxxxxxxx to either get people to pay a ridiculous amount for stuff that doesn't need to be fixed, or force them into a sense of panic so they buy a new car. Sad bunch of slime xxxxx that cant seem to break the stereotype of dealership maintenance.

Sales experience was seamless, professional and numbers discussed never changed. I would highly recommend Fox VW of Rochester Hills! Brendan in Sales did a great job for my family.

Great dealership. Fair and honest. Adapted to COVID-19. Hope dealers do more hassle free-online business in the future. Fox is highly recommended for VW’s.

Came in to lease other Make than VW but Brendan Stokes in Sales sold me on New Jetta 2019. He was courteous and accommodating. He’s knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. Will recommend this dealership.

It’s been 12 years since purchasing my 1st VW. I was ready for another one, and I really appreciate how helpful and patient Rolf and Steve were with me. I wanted to make sure I was 100% sure about my choice. Rolf had the cars pulled up and ready for test drives and answered all my questions. Fox Volkswagen continues to provide excellent service for their customers. The new building is impressive and welcoming. Customers are greeted upon arrival and escorted to their destination. I turned in my former leased vehicle and drove off in my new leased vehicle within a couple of hours. Overall, everything went very smoothly!

Daniel and the others at Fox were complete professionals and highly responsive. Daniel answered every question we had in a very thorough and efficient manner. Nick was awesome as well.
