We had impeccable service from the whole Hertz Sales Team in Jacksonville. From being greeted and welcomed by Dianna to having questions answered/explained by Scott and Pam, we felt so cared for and valuable by this office.

After spending time with multiple sales people around Jacksonville, non amounted to the customer serviced i received from Pamela at Hertz. From the opening inquiring phone call to meeting in person, Pamela had the highest quality of customer service. I was allowed to take the car i was interested in to the Nissan dealership across the street for a full inspection and the mechanic explained that whoever had the car before took great car of it and the car passed with flying colors. This led me to believe that I was finally in the right place in buying from Hertz! Got a great deal on a warranty, and would recommend anyone searching for a car to stop by Hertz and finish their search there!

Pamela was a knowledgeable, experienced salesperson committed to helping me find the car I love. I visited the dealership once before purchasing and she had immense patience for my lackadaisical car buying approach. When I returned two weeks after my original visit and had scoured the market I found Hertz to truly be the best value. Once I was transitioned to the finance manager I was again delighted that he was able to help me obtain the best interest rate, went into detail about warranty options and in general set me at ease. It was a different car buying experience. I highly recommend buying from the Jacksonville team, Hertz is the only way I will ever buy a car again.

Got a good car at a great price with excellent customer service. Pam was my salesperson, she has a laid back attitude, super friendly, and not pushy at all. No complaints, no surprises, it was very refreshing.

Recently I decided to buy my grandson a car. To start the process I asked my daughter to do her due diligence and let me know what she found. I wanted to make sure the car I bought for my grandson was safe, well maintained and in excellent condition inside and out. I also wanted to make sure I was given a fair value for the price!! To make sure we hit all of our initiatives I had my daughter and grandson research and visit the local dealerships up and down Phillips Highway and Atlantic Blvd. Lucky for them, and me, they finally stumbled upon Hertz Car Sales off Atlantic Blvd. The report from my daughter was that the cars for sale at Hertz hit all of our hot buttons, and most of the cars were hundreds to more than a thousand dollars less than comparable vehicles at other dealerships. Skeptical, I decided to visit Hertz with my daughter and grandson. I was greeted by an extremely friendly sales staff, and was assisted by one of their sales consultants Scott. From the beginning the experience was like no other car purchase I had made. Scott was very interested in learning what we were looking for in terms of quality, size, safety and price. With that information Scott showed us a few cars from their inventory and let us take them for a test drive. I was surprised that I had not been pressured into anything at this point, and it was apparent that Scott was working for our best interest not just trying to push a car out the door. Once my grandson decided on a vehicle I knew it was time for the "got ya" moment when we began to discuss pricing. However, I quickly learned that Hertz did not play the games other dealerships do with pricing. The price listed was the price I paid plus tax, tag and title....period! There were no destination fee added, and the dealership fee was already included in their price. WOW, honest pricing in car buying. I cannot express how happy we were with the process, the value, and the car we purchased. This was a pleasant experience without pressure and games. I recommend that anyone looking for a used car stop by Hertz before making a purchase. Their price, quality and customer service is unmatched.

After visiting several dealerships in a row, Hertz was our last stop of the day. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted, and they delivered. Diana was knowledgeable and helped us out without pressuring us or trying to convince us to buy something we didn't want. There was a slight price difference between what they told us and what we had seen on their website, so they changed it to the lower online price no questions asked. We were able to put the car on hold for a few days and ultimately went back to make the purchase. Next time we will go to Hertz first!

I was looking to purchase a used vehicle. I went to several dealers in the area. I found that Hertz Car Sales has not only the lowest prices in the area, but some of the higher quality cars as well. What really made buying a car from Hertz a no-brainier was the sales staff. They were very low pressure, very intelligent, and very friendly. I will highly recommend purchasing a car from these guys to just about anyone who asks.

We had been shopping for a used vehicle for a couple months, but we wanted a used SUV in great condition. We saw a vehicle that we were interested in on the Hertz website, but never thought to purchase a vehicle from what we thought of as a car rental place. We actually went to a dealership across the street, and just did not feel right about the vehicles we looked at & test drove, or the people there. So, we decided to go to Hertz. What a fantastic decision! Right off the bat Pam greeted us, stopped what she was doing, and helped us right away. What a pleasure she was from start to finish. Pam and Lee (her manager) were soo nice, and went above and beyond. We did not feel like we were at a dealership, no presser at all! I test drove an SUV and fell in love with it, I couldn't even tell it was a used vehicle! It was in great condition. We purchased the vehicle, and that was a pretty smooth process as well (and we even had a trade in too). Our purchase came with a warranty, and they also detailed and washed it while we were doing the paperwork. We did run into an issue after our purchase, but Pam, Lee and the Hertz company went above my expectations to resolve it, and it did not cost us a dime. We have been soo happy with our SUV purchase from Hertz, they really are great there. We will buy any future vehicle from there from now on too.

I was looking for a specific vehicle I had checked four other dealerships on my list and Hertz was the last with two of the same type of vehicle the only difference was the color and the mileage listed on each. At the other dealerships I either couldn't get the price I wanted or I was totally ignored while I was on the lot. I was approached by Scott he gave me the price for the vehicle took it for a test drive and asked if I had any questions. I didn't but I found that everything was completely up front the pricing the amount , and the type of warranty I would be offered. I came back the next day and purchased the vehicle I have never had a car buying experience go so smoothly. I will definitely come back for another vehicle.

My wife and I bought a Camry this evening from Scott, and it was such a wonderful experience! We had already shopped other car dealerships and ended up leaving frustrated each time because of the way we were treated. When we found this Camry on Cars.com, we knew it was the car we wanted. When we arrived, we found that the price included everything except for taxes and the tag fee from the DMV. They did not try to push any extra products on us that we did not want. In total, we spent only an hour and a half from arriving at Hertz, test driving the vehicle, and then finalizing payment. All in all, I will probably never buy another car from anywhere else. And by the way, the only reason that we only gave them 4 stars for the facilities is because they were in the middle of renovating the main lobby.
