90,000 mile maintenance

Service advisor was very helpful. He went over item by item what would be done in service. Mr Rodriguez updated me on new specifications for my vehicle. He help me formulate a new schedule for maintenance.

Very good.

Following some delay, I was pleasantly surprised to be provided with a loaner car when originally told it wasn't standard practice. Staff were friendly but not the most efficient, resulting in delays, e.g. My bill wasn't ready when I arrived to pick up my car in spite of giving the staff an hour notice of my arrival.

Nice salespeople. No pressure

After going 3 times to the dealership, I finally got the deal I was happy with. Mazda realized that getting a new customer is more important than a few hundred $

Service was quick and easy

Before you even get out of your vehicle someone is there to great you! Wow, what service! This is my first car I’ve purchased with Mazda and so far I am loving it. Although I was dishearten to see having my car for only a month that a recall was already issued. That’s ok though, the service department at Boniface Heirs did a great job ensuring me I got a day/time best for me. I was quoted for about an hour wait and it was just under. They offer tv, drinks and snacks. Super helpful and very pleasant to wait there.

A pleasure to continue doing business here!

I thought this 75,000+ mile checkup would be a breeze but it turned into a 6 hour deal when they discovered a nail in one of my tires damaging not only the minimal tread remaining but the sidewall of the tire as well! All of my original tires were worn down to 3/32nds of an inch of usable tread life left and thes month I need to send my wife to check on an ailing cousin in Mississippi! I couldn’t send her alone to take care of what could very well be final arrangements for him. We do what ever we can to keep chaos out of our lives and this is the best way I know! Plan ahead for the unexpected! So we appreciate a straight shooter lik the folks at BONIFACE HIERS! They are so trustworthy and let me try a new 2019 Mazda 5 like we really want when a hybrid version comes out. Looking forward! 😁

Oil Change at Mazda

Customer service was excellent. I had an appointment and noticed several cars in front of me when I arrived. I explained I had to be done by a certain time so I wouldn't be late for work and the Mazda staff ensured I was done in plenty of time for me to get to work.

Geat experience

Service was done quickly and service personnel were friendly and helpful. I had warranty work done and they did a vehicle inspection and washed my car no charge!

Always great service!

The people who work at this dealership make BONIFACE a stand out facility! From pulling up to drop car off , through reviewing the results, to the service people, everyone exceeds in their jobs. They are up front about pricing and dont try to pressure you into getting non critical services. They explain in terms that even I understood what they were talking about in regards to repairs. When I bought my car back in 2017 after dealing with sales and finance people, I thought Id regret buying my car from Boniface Mazda. It was not a very good first impression, But the service department is a totally different experience! They are friendly, professional, and most of all great at their jobs. Thanks to everyone in the service department!

Boniface Heirs Mazda new car purchase

Frankie the general manager of Boniface heirs Mazda was friendly and courteous. Frankie was deligent in getting all information needed to create a deal between myself and the dealership. He continually looked out for me and my concerns and happiness with the purchasing process. I walked away knowing I was becoming part of the Mazda family.
