Worked with Michael on the sale of our Trax and the whole process was flawless. When we left my boyfriend said “I don’t even feel like we just bought a new car” because the whole process was just so easy. Not once did we feel like anyone was trying to get one over on us or screw us in any way. We’ve both had terrible experiences buying cars are many other dealers and I just can’t say enough about how helpful and easy they made this whole process. So happy to be in our brand new car!

Anthony was super professional and friendly. He showed us many important features on the vehicle and accompanied us on the test drive. He was patient and kind and answered all of our questions. Victoria was our salesperson. She was very professional and accommodating. She helped us through the technology and clarified the questions that we had about extended warranties.

My previous review was pretty negative because of what I was going thru, with the the Key Fob or as I called it, Key Pad, I really don't like to have to leave negative comments, but in this case it turned positive, as I received a call from the dealership as to this situation, I'm sorry that I don't have that persons name as he was very nice and said that they, Copeland Chevrolet would fix the issue. So a appointment was set up for today to fix the problem. Done Thank you Copeland. Also, the service advisor Don Bailey was SUPER NICE, and I can't say enough Thank You, for their Help. I brought a 2017 certified Silverado, It came with a bad
I brought a 2017 certified Silverado, It came with a bad keypad, and I received assurances that It would be taken care of, First with a verbal From someone who worked there. Then in another conversation I was promised that it would be taken care of , and that conversation, I was told that I would receive an Email following that one, I never received that Email ! It seems that buying a Certified vehicle doesn't mean anything, Now the last time upon receiving a call from someone who was trying to sell me tires, when I mentioned the key pad Again I was told that too much time had past to do anything. So much for buying a CERTIFIED VEHICLE, from Copeland Chevrolet, in Brockton. Dennis Michalik
