Package charged at $1999 was not delivered and salesmen
Package charged at $1999 was not delivered and salesmen and finance manager argued and told me it was part and was already attached - Abner and Andrew are no longer responding after i advised them that none of the package charged was delivered -no tinting ,no door protection- They want me to come back but refuse to remove the ovecharge and blames it on me for not wanting to drive an hour north - Just ship me what you owe me and give me a credit for tinting - Abner and Andrew are arguing that i should come in even though toyota north miami lied about whats in the package -also escalated to Toyota USA these individuals for price gouging -Worst dealership even as per BBB -You have really destroyed Toyotas name- First thing i did was to remove your unapproved advertising from my tag -No one should buy from you - You dont list a single person i had to deal with -Well you dont list those that are horrible and its required so you all get 0

I have had two disgusting experiences in that dealership. That dealership charges more fees than any other dealership in Miami. That makes me wonder if those positive reviews are real or fake because those people there took advantage of me, for being uneducated when it comes to buying a car, that I ended up paying for Corolla a lot of money, and now that car is not even worth what I financed. Those people are really manipulative and misleading. They should be ashamed. By the way, those people are not that friendly when you tell them some real truths in their faces about all the crap that they charge you, that in the end goes straight to their pockets.

Buying a car
I am a single worling mother who needed to get a new car. My sales representative, Ahmad, was fantastic. He answered all of my questions regarding which car would be the best to suit my needs. There was no pushy salesman behavior as practiced by many sales people when they see a woman. He gave me the best deal of all the various salespeople I had previously met. He also contacted me for 4 weeks afterwards to make sure every thig was ok. I was extremely pleased and recommended him to all my friends.

Amazing Experience
