Package charged at $1999 was not delivered and salesmen

Package charged at $1999 was not delivered and salesmen and finance manager argued and told me it was part and was already attached - Abner and Andrew are no longer responding after i advised them that none of the package charged was delivered -no tinting ,no door protection- They want me to come back but refuse to remove the ovecharge and blames it on me for not wanting to drive an hour north - Just ship me what you owe me and give me a credit for tinting - Abner and Andrew are arguing that i should come in even though toyota north miami lied about whats in the package -also escalated to Toyota USA these individuals for price gouging -Worst dealership even as per BBB -You have really destroyed Toyotas name- First thing i did was to remove your unapproved advertising from my tag -No one should buy from you - You dont list a single person i had to deal with -Well you dont list those that are horrible and its required so you all get 0

Worst experience EVER

Initially I had to wait 8 hours while they attempt to find a bank to finance me, they could not within that time frame. They proceeded by allowing me to take the car home and say that they will find a finance company for me. Two weeks later I received a text from the supervisor Eddie Flores telling me he's going to report the car stolen if I did not bring the car back. 1 week after returning the car I still haven't received my refund. I went to another dealership, purchased the same car 1 year newer, $4,500 cheaper and got financed within an hour.
