I took my Camry in last Saturday for the 10,000 mile service. The service advisor was courteous and answered all of my questions with a great attitude! The car was serviced quickly and returned to me cleaned! The Dealership also has a great waiting area with good food in the small Cafe, Wifi, Big Screen TV!

It was nice to see that everyone at the service department tried to do an outstanding job, and my experience has been extremely good!

When I lease the car Sept. 8 2012 they told me that the maintenance for the 36 months Will be free now they are telling me that I have to pay for the filters and the next time I take the car for maintenance I Will have to pay for the change of oil,please show me in the contract that I sign the day of the lease that I would have to pay for the maintenance,I need an explanation of this problem. Thru the years, I have bought many cars from different dealers and makes, and I can honestly say that this was by far the best one. From the salesman ( Yoel Lopez ) to the finance to the short time I was there. I have experienced a wait of 6 hours at times but I was in and out in less than 3. Thanks.
