bought a truck from there in august 2024, had to have an issue fixed the day i was leaving the lot, 2 weeks after having the truck it had its first issue and got sent back for work on check engine light for def system, end of february 2025 and i am still getting codes for it after getting told it was fixed for def injector, 2 weeks later it started leaking oil from upper oil pan and which never got fixed and this dealer reached around to multiple places seeking for the lowest price to get the job done and because of that i took the truck back, got looked at for injector code and another check engine light and they claimed it was a wire issue and less than a week later i had CEL back for the same issue th at is continuing to now, now my oil pan leaks so bad i cant drive it and am having to get more warrenty work done because this place didn’t take the time to fix what needed to be fix just because of cost, had truck almost 7 months and it’s caused nothing but “blind” problems to them, service isn’t great and definitely would recommend any other used car dealer before considering here.

Probably great if you pay cash but if you have to finance he treats you like a 3rd rate customer . After a couple days with no response I txt messaged him and asked if I should start look somewhere else because he wasn't responding and he said go ahead evidently my business wasn't good enough . I had called the bank a did all the leg work on the loan because he wasn't getting back to me even .

I purchased a vehicle. I noticed an issue with the vehicle after I drove the car before I bought it and I told Sam about the issue and he said he would fix the problem. It’s been 5 months and he still hasn’t fixed it. I’ve called him numerous times and he kept putting me off. Also i found out after purchasing the car that I paid about $1500 to $2000 more than the car was worth. And I had other issues with the car that needed fixing within my warranty time and he didn’t want to acknowledge those issues either. I reported him to the Attorney Generals office and it’s being handled through them at this point. I couldn’t believe that a bigger business like his would treat a person like he did to me. He had no interest about being helpful to me and he was also had a rude attitude, not friendly business like.

Just bought a 2016 Ford Fiesta from South Point Auto and it was a great experience all around. Hassib was great to work with, and very quick to reply to questions both before and after picking up the vehicle. He made the experience easy and painless, and was very friendly and accommodating. The staff were all very helpful in getting me into the car. The price was great, I got more for my trade-in than other dealers offered, and they were able to get me financed when others said no. Very happy with the car and the experience!
