I have had two bad experiences with Landmark Cadillac service department, and I won’t be coming here again to have my car serviced. On the first occasion, they overfilled my transmission fluid and I nearly crashed my car on the highway when it started overheating due to that. I had to bring my car back twice (after the initial service) for them to finally determine the problem. I brought it back recently for an oil change, when they noticed my oil leaking and had to make a major repair. After having it four days, they finally gave it back to me (and almost forgot to do a tire alignment too) and it wasn’t an hour later before the check engine light was on. I ended up having to take it to a different repair place to have it checked because Landmark couldn’t fit me in before I had to leave. It’s believed to be a sensor issue, but it was something flagged before the car was returned to me and not checked because the light went out and they thought it was fixed. My service advisor Diana was kind and understanding, so the service I received from her was good and the reason this isn’t a 1 star review. Overall I’m disappointed, especially considering that I bought my car from Landmark, as did all my family members. I will be discouraging others from coming here in the future for sure.

Kristin got me what I wanted for a price I could afford. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. Kristin even sent a courtesy van to pick me up from home and bring me into look at the vehicle.

I was welcomed by Darrin from a referral and he went above and beyond along with Jaret to make my experience as ooth as possible. They showed great patience with me. They also made sure I was happy and all my wants and needs in a new car were met. They both showed me that there is still kindness in salesman and that it's not just about them making commissions!!

Great service. Pleasant and helpful. Answered all my questions and was not pushy. It was a pleasure to work with Darrin. He provided me with a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and I love it. I would definitely recommend them.
