Courteous & Friendley - No Pressure
Robert was very helpful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was a good exeperience, except the killing of trees (paperwork), but they made that seem less painful. This was our first visit to Mercede Chevrolet and only went there (80 mile trip) because they had the specific car we were looking for. I would recommend them to others and would gladly make the trip for a second car.
