This is our first Suburu and the process was smooth . I credit our decision to Kay . She was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to . Her personality was a key factor . I have to give kudos to Jermaine as well . He was quite entertaining!! We only had one issue that didn’t get resolved. We we’re eligible for $75 gift card for Outback test drive but couldn’t get that accomplished 😉

Our sales rep, Debra, was great. She was easy to work with and if I had questions she couldn’t answer she found out for me. The dealership was typical in its setting. Snacks and drinks and comfortable places to wait. I believe that’s an industry standard. The sales manager spoke with me and was involved. He realized that a few things could be done to make the routine maintenance more current, like a Fresh oil change and another inspection. That said, we negotiated the price before coming in and paid cash. The wait was still six (6) hours all said and done. There seems to be a snag with detailing and maintenance. Another salesman named Jimmy was also very helpful. He seemed a bit more seasoned and was able to help Debra with some of the small items and questions we had. I feel like I got a really good car for a reasonable price.
