We had to wait for oil change for 4 hours.

My horrible experience at Gregg young
I purchased the 2022 Chevi Traverse at Gregg young in Norwalk. The buying process was easy . Two months later my vehicle had 2000 miles, the engine failed that when I was treated like a second class customer. I called Gregg young to let them know my vehicle had the engine and transmission check light on. They transferred me to Ashley in the service center. Under my vehicle warranty, they supposed to give me a loaner vehicle when my vehicle is being repaired. Ashley was very rude and told me that they didn't have a vehicle to give to me. They can give a shuttle ride from to work. I told her that I need a vehicle because I have 4 young children, I will a vehicle to run some errands and go to work. She told me that she has only one vehicle she could give me. When I got at the service center she gave a dirty black chevi impala that smelled like dog poo. I have 2 kids with Asthma and I went to see her manager to address my concerns. I was surprised that they had another vehicle that was clean and they gave it to me. They kept my chevi traverse in service for 2 weeks because they were going to put a new engine in it. After two weeks they called me to come and pick up my vehicle. The same I took the vehicle home , my husband drove to work and the engine sign showed up again. I called Gregg young financial manager to complain and he told me to bring the vehicle in. When I got there I wanted to talk to him in person. I was very shocked to found my salesperson and another guy wanting for me outside the building . They didn't want me inside the building even though it was to 100 degrees outside. Today I went there with my friend to find our that the manager did not know about my vehicle being in service for two weeks. It is sad to see how a customer can be treated differently when they have an issue with the vehicle.
