I bought my New Scatpak Charger there and paid extra for 8 oil changes only to have service guy tell me my there was no record of that! after 3 changes I had to go to jiffylube!

Great service from the mechanic and the tire guys, along with the service advisor. I definitely will go back and I recommend them. Knowledgeable and thorough in their work.

One of the service advisor name George San Martin is so unprofessional. Instead of greeting me "good morning, how can I help you?" but instead he greeted me "someone will be right with you, are you picking up parts". I guess he ask me that because I was wearing beat up shirt, shorts, I don't know. But my point is, you never assume why is that person there, ask politely. I used to go to Cerritos Dodge but i moved i have no choice but to go here. Cerritos Dodge advisors nice and polite, they make you feel welcome there.

Pretty bad! Never come back
First of all, I thought due to the dealer is supposed to be a professional Jeep dealer I left my car to be fix there! with new brakes even though I bought my own pieces or parts to be changed, they charged me $700 dollars, they even used even the little piece of grease they gave me and spray to clean the brakes, like if they didnāt have their own, then most important a crack of a noise that it was not there before now they gave me my Jeep with it! Unbelievable! They wanted to charge me $3500 for some parts I āneedā no thanks not anymore donāt trust this dealer

Excellent and knowledgeable repair service! Communicated frequently so I knew the status of the repairs. After work was complete, they even cleaned the vehicle. Above and beyond service!

3rd time is not a Charm- Warranty Repairs
Unfortunately, this is now the third time I have had to take my car in for repair on a warranty for interior defects. Every time I take it in, I receive my vehicle in a worst state. Service department is notorious for keeping my car for weeks without ever calling me with an update. Even when I would call for an update, it was a constant forward to a voicemail or a āIāll look into it and call you backā with never receiving one. I have now received my car back, itās filthy and 2 of the repairs are left undone because the shop foreman ācouldnāt understand the service reps writing.ā Why wouldnāt he call me? On top of that service department was so rude on returning my car, he just pulled it up near the exit and walked away. I advised him I wanted to do a walk-thru before accepting the car and he said, āgo aheadā and walked away. So unprofessional. I miss Ford. This will be the 4th time I have to return my car for repairs. I absolutely dread this location and regret every purchasing a Jeep product, especially from this Premier location. The only employee who is actually helpful, professional and works with a sense of urgency is Service Advisor Joe Bonilla, not even Marcos the āmanagerā is helpful.

Joe and the service team!
SoCal Jeep service centers are being bombarded by recall demands for Grand Cherokee SUVās, amongst others Iām sure. I struggled for months looking for my recall parts until I found Joe At Premier in Buena Park. Joe and Premier of Buena Park have their program organized and running smooth. I called on a Monday and Joe asked me to physically come in when I could so he could order my part. He told me it could be a while before my part request was filled but that I would be guaranteed one as soon as it was available. A week later my part was in and Joe scheduled me for my service for a Friday morning. I assured me it would only take a couple of hours to do and asked me to stick around if I could. Not even an hour later I was on my way home. Amazing, organized, good clean service. Thank you, Joe! Iāll be sticking with Premier for all my Jeep needs going forward!
