I purchased a used car in March 2024 and bought a vehicle service contract. It was not explained nor any information provided. In any case, the contract clearly states it is cancelable and Road Reliance confirmed that. The dealer refuses to cancel.

I purchased a used car in March 2024 and bought a vehicle

I purchased a used car in March 2024 and bought a vehicle service contract. It was not explained nor any information provided. Three months later, they provided a single page of information via text. It clearly states it is cancelable and Road Reliance confirmed that. The dealer refuses to cancel the contract and refund the money.

Everyone was open arms at this establishment the dealer

Everyone was open arms at this establishment the dealer had people that were professionals helped through the whole process allowed us to take our time we found something that was nice new and affordable and we recommend anyone looking for a new car buy one from this dealership

Coming from a distance?

Coming from a distance? Stay away! I called TWICE before driving here. Confirmed the car - make, model, year, color. Confirmed the price. Asked about any fees beyond taxes, title, registration. I was told nothing extra unless I'm financing through the dealership. I said I'm not, would that be a problem? No, not at all. Get there, and they tell me $2000 more for the car than when I called, plus at least $5000-$6000 on top of the price listed for an out the door cost. If you're local to this place, and have no real financial options, maybe you can drive out of there in a nice (looking) vehicle. But if you're looking to drive any kind of distance to get a deal you saw on the internet, don't waste your time. Even if you call ahead TWICE to double check!

By far one of the most unprofessional places, I have ever

By far one of the most unprofessional places, I have ever received service from. The day I purchased the vehicle after viewing and test driving it and was waiting about 2 hours just for the temporary tags after signing all the documentation. Following that I contacted them and reached out several times to ensure that the documentation and paperwork was taken care of for my license plates and was told it was. I was told I wouldn't need another inspection, and everything could be transferred and the information given to me was incorrect. After that every single time I would contact them via phone and email I was ignored or told the people I was working with was not present. I also had to get the tint removed due to them lying about the inspection being transferred and was told by the manager that I would be reimbursed for coming out of pocket. I never received an email back or my form of payment after my husband and I followed up numerous times. They failed to do their due diligence with the bank as well and I was even contacted by the bank to got everything situated because they were questioning my loan and offered to pull it. Overall, I got the vehicle I wanted and that was about it, they lacked communication and customer service.
