Just purchased my second car from Tarrytown Honda and can't say enough about the great experiences. Wilson Valez made this recent purchase very easy. He showed great integrity and was responsive.

In my 50+ years of automobile ownership this is one of the worst exeriences I have ever had in the purchase of an automobile. From the begining I could not get the saleperson I talked with to call me back, nor the used car manager as well! I did finally get another saleperson, Jessie Guevara, who took care off me including picking me up at the airport. After the sale I was unable to get the asst. GM, sales manager, or parts manager to answer my polite emails and phone messages about different issues No attemt at communication by anyone in management after the sale!! I had to secure the parts myself that was promised me...and then weeks later after it took numerous request before I was reimbursed. After getting back to Virginia I took the car for the required safety inspection that is supervised by the state police. I was told the car is deemed unsafe to be driven on the road without brake and ball joint replacement! Are things that lax in NY? And, did i mention the used car federal required "buyers guide" was never seen or available.? I suppose Tarrytown Honda did not care knowing they would never see me again after buying the car ...after all 300 miles away I was out of mind, out of sight...on to the next sale!!!
