Bought a vintage Ford. Owner of business said it was roadworthy and ready. I did not dicker. Agreed to have his mechanic do a bit of work on it. Unqualified kid did the work, not experienced to be doing it. Can I say the owner/dealer lied? Yes, the car had 0 electricity, no horn, steering was completely loose, no lights, no signals. I would not consider that road-worthy, let alone able to pull a vintage trailer, which I discussed with him on several occasions. He defines the term greasy car salesman to a T.
