Always amazing service.

Good experience

I had a really good experience with this dealership. Called alittle bit ahead of time. The car was there and ready to be test drove. Everything was amazing, except the waiting for financing process took somewhere around 2 hours to complete. Not a big deal in the big picture of things. But certainly something that can be improved.

Long Term Relationship Because They Serve Me Well!

I've bought or leased 4 vehicles from Ganley VW of Bedford in the past 10 years. And all the service/maintenance for those vehicles was done there. They even recommended a body shop up the street when I had to have work done after a couple of accidents. You don't stay in a business relationship that long if you aren't getting good service!

Excellent Experience

Ezra was outstanding in helping us to find a good deal on a certified Subaru for my daughter. He and the Bedford team were professional and quick to accommodate a last moment change in our schedule.

True Professionals.

Service is always timely, staff has excellent customer service skills. My experiences have been without any surprises. I highly recommend both the sales person an service deparment.

Car fix correctly as usual!

Excellent experience from the service advisor, which is not only personable and knowledgeable but thorough, to the service man and porter who delivered the car with a smile. They advise me of real issues and not just try to upcharge me. I trust them completely.

Service for recall

Recall issue was handled quickly. Car was washed and delivered to the door for easy access. Courteous and friendly service folks. Comfortable waiting area as well.

Amazingly painless

Mike Bryson came highly recommended to us by a family member so we figured we’d give Suburu shopping a try. I was so pleased that we were not high pressured into adding more bells and whistles to what we hoped to buy. We knew what payment we were comfortable with and ended up with exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford. Everyone at Ganley Bedford Suburu was courteous and helpful. We definitely will recommend the Bryson team to all our friends who will be car shopping. Keep up the fabulous work

Timothy was the best!

I got my car serviced at Ganley Subaru of Bedford. I was assisted by Timothy Cusick at the Service center. He was extra-ordinary and meticulous in his attention to detail and quality of service. Definitely would go there again.

Service

Friendly service Rep. courtesy extended. Wait time reasonable. Great department. My service person took care of all my immediate need for the car including when service should be need again. I am ready for winter.
