Best Car Buying and Service Experience

I've purchased and serviced a lot of cars over the years. Subaru of Bedford has by far been the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. The sales experience was actually enjoyable, the purchasing experience was quick and the service experience was awesome. They are "The Bar" for every other dealership to emulate. Brunswick Auto Mart (Subaru area) could definitely use some training from Subaru Bedford. Thanks!!!

Great, as usual.

Ganley service staff are attentive and energetic, without feeling rushed. They explain carefully and make sure you are clear about the details. I am always confident in the work done.

Great Help from Max Pipkin!

The gentleman that help was phenomenal, great customer service. He kept me updated with as to how long it would take. I assured him I was in no hurry since I had an appointment.

Oil Change and Light Issue

I have never had a bad experience at this service department. They have always been very efficient and communicate well. They have never had me do anything that is not required. When ordering parts they arrive on time and the work is done quickly. I will be using them for all of my service.

Saving you time and money

I had to replace my tires. I was told by a reputable tire place that the cost would be $1200 as I had to replace all 4 tires. I was aghast s my two tires were 18 months old. I went to the Subaru dealer who fitted my two, not four tires and it totaled a little over $300. What a relief.
