Dont waste your time with this dealer. They are not serious about selling and their cars sit for months and I'm talking like 8 to 9 months plus because they are trying to still get pandemic pricing. Dont waste your time if you are out of state, they want to keep eating off you even if you have your financing set or are a cash buyer. They insist on you financing through their dealerships. Horrible dealership and I dont see them lasting very long. Go somewhere and stay away if you dont want to get frustrated.

Lied about post sale cost. Fishers Imports still own me 1 functional key fob. Refused to take responsibility despite I am being a returned luxury car buyer (Porsche Taycan GTS + Lamborghini Urus)

Communication wasn't the greatest, as far as financing (ended up paying cash, banks and interest rates were not explained) and price point (carRX? For $599) Showed up only to get a late call from sales person that he couldn't make it, was his day off, another salesperson filled in and was pretty good for trying to figure out where we were. 'we owe' windshield has not yet been scheduled or communicated (7 days of possession, window guy is Thursdays) Would definitely rate higher once 'we owe' is addressed. Final paperwork finance guy was professional.

I was in search of a specific vehicle which I found through CarGurus and then reached out to the dealership. I was honestly dreading it after dealing with another out of state dealership which didn't go well plus the stress of online car buying in general. I had no clue what I was getting myself into. From the first interaction we could already tell things were going much smoother and that eased our stress going into this. We have never purchased a vehicle from out of state but it couldn't have gone any better. Aiden and Brandon have both been very helpful. I was updated a few hours ago that my Velar has been loaded up and headed this way to Texas! I searched for the one I was wanting for awhile so I'm excited I finally found it! I feel confident that I made a great decision with this out of state purchase and I believe I will be just as happy when it arrives.
