They tell you your car is going to be ready at a certain time then call u right when the dealership is closed so i miss a night of work and nobody cares because its not there problem , if's not the customer fault therr is recalls on certain vechiles so they should take that into consideration

Best Car-Buying Experience of My Life
Bud Ferguson and the sales team at Hudson Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram came to our rescue when our car developed engine trouble. We needed to travel back to North Carolina and were stranded with a disabled car in New York. Bud helped us find a car that was a great fit for us, Michael helped us secure affordable financing, and we were on our way home. Customer service was absolutely excellent, and everyone was so helpful. They truly live up to what they say when you call in - "We can help." Need to buy a car? Shop here, and enjoy a no-pressure, relaxed, enjoyable approach that puts your needs first. We walked in stranded and distressed and left with our problem solved and spirits lifted. Even received a follow-up call from Bud a few hours later to check to see how everything was going for us. So thankful for everything!

I recently purchased a 2016 Challenger from Hudson Valley CDJR. I couldn?t have been more happy with the experience. We had a newer salesperson named Stephanie and she was amazing, funny, and overall enjoyable to deal with. I highly recommend buying a car through her, you will not regret it. Rich in financing was extremely helpful and extremely appreciated. He pulled some hard strings to make everything work perfect for the payment I could afford. I highly recommend this dealer and all of the exceptional people who work in it.

Went to Hudson Valley CDJR in search of a Jeep Renegade and was instantly greeted by a salesman named Travis. Travis was knowledgable, informative, honest, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to help me find the car of my dreams, even letting me back up into him to test out the park assist sensors! Overall, everyone at this dealership worked hard to get me the exact car I wanted for the price I needed and I'm very happy with my decision to purchase a vehicle from them. I`M 66 YEARS OLD I`VE SOLD CARS FOR A LIVING FOR THE PAST 25 YEARS I`M AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR WITH MY OWN RIG. I VALUE MY TIME WHEN IT COMES TO A PURCHASE,AND EXPECT RESPECT WITH DEALINGS WITH NO SHANANAKINS. I WANTED TO SIT DOWN WITH A PROFESSONAL SALES PERSON PICK OUT A TRUCK WORK OUT THE DETAILS AND LEAVE A HAPPY CAMPER AND STILL HAVE MY WALLET . I HAVE TO TELL ANYONE WHO`S LOOKING TO PURCHASE A VECHILE AND WANT THE SAME EXPERENCE GET OVER TO HUDSONVALLEY CDJR AND MAKE YOUR PURCHASE. 3 time buyer, they usually make it right
I've gone here 4 times to purchase a car. The first time was *under the old management.* It was a terrible experience (i ended up going to Albany to buy my car bc those guys sucked so hard) , and the service was also pretty poor- I even had money stolen from my vehicle back then. The*NEW* ownership is entirely different. My first experience with the sales manager (Anthony?) Was excellent. He stayed late just to give me info. I came back the next day and bought my car. Overall, I found a greater degree of honestly with them than the other local dealerships. I did have some issues with my brand new Cherokee that never were fixed even after multiple returns to the shop (power outlets blew, car wouldn't go into gear from remote start and radio jumped from source to source or displayed incorrect info),and the service folks seemed unable to commit to a loaner (one call to Bill Camastro instantly fixed that). The service department has some kinks to work it, but it's MILES ahead of the old department from about 5 years ago. (And nobody steals from my car anymore) So, despite the issues, Bill inspired confidence and i was entirely comfortable returning for my next purchase, during which we were brushed off by a sales person- again, one call to Bill resolved it and resulted in another new car purchase. My third time around had a few bumps, (we negotiated a price, then we're told it was on the wrong car, and all they said was 'sorry' they never actually put the insurance on my new car, so i was driving uninsured for 2 wks!) But i stood by ground, and they did what was fair to make it right. I knew that of they didn't, Bill would address it. I am INCREDIBLY happy with my latest purchase (no Bill needed) of the Grand Cherokee. It needed body work, and it was done *perfectly.* Yes, there are issues-i would attribute them to growing pains- but the easy access and simple resolutions provided by they owner are certain to trickle down to the rest of the staff. For me, it's not about mistakes, but how you resolve them, and these folks resolve. In the past year, i have sent 4 other people there bc I'm that confident in them. I fully intend to buy my next car next year- from them.
