I cannot say how much I'm satisfied and happy with HVCJD. Diana Hocutt being the first person I dealt with there and cannot say enough good things about her but my second experience there was great also. John Esposito, Assistant Service Manager, was fantastic. My car had an unexpected issue when I took it in for a recall check and I was devastated at what came next. John understood how upset I was and really did what he could to make the hit not so devastating. They really take care of their customers. He even put my mind at ease by checking on work I had just had done elsewhere to confirm they actually did the work and didn't scam me. I left there at ease and VERY grateful. I highly recommend HVCJD and I will now make sure it's there that I go for anything done on my car.

Rich Berry took care of my truck when it was on for service , his guys did a outstanding job .

If I could give a 0 star review I would. The service was horrendous. I brought my jeep in and not one single time during the weeks it was there did the department answer a phone call or return a message. I even tried leaving messages with the sales department. The FIRST time I was told it was fixed I paid $1800 only to find out nothing was fixed. The part they said was broken wasn't even the problem and they kept it for another week. I tried to pick it up a second time and got it home to realize again that NOTHING was fixed. The woman at the desk never egnoliged me any time I was there and just had her young kid playing at the desk. All the money I spent and they couldn't be bothered to even ask me if I was being helped. The only way I could get them to talk to me was by going there in person. I paid for a diagnostic and NOTHING was reviewed with me. The first time I was there they said everything was fine. A second opinion mechanic told me my ball joints were in bad condition and it was very time sensitive. Angelina was terrible and provided no help or information the final time I picked my jeep up. I planned on paying a dealer price for repairs but now have a new understanding of what dealer "service" is like. What a terrible experience. They bring customer service to an all time low. It turned out the part that needed to be fixed all along I had suggested to them was the issue when I first dropped it off. What a waste of time money and energy. I'm looking into buying a new car now but would never go back there.

was looking for a lease, when asked about clarification on financing, was treated very rudely. online ad was nowhere near price that was offered in person, I would expect better personal skills from someone who I'm trying to purchase a car from.
