Didn't even check the air in the tires!
So everybody's happy, happy, happy, well I'll say this I didn't have to pay the $495 hostage fee that Ct. charges. Otherwise it's just not a great experience and the dealer new car prep was nonexistent, not even checking the tires that's just lazy on their part, my 2015 200C is a decent car for the money, time will tell if it holds up. Will I go out of my way, again, to buy my new Jeep from them, no.

Jim...Clearly not what i would expect as your experience with us and there is not an excuse for what you have described. I am in store 5-6 days weekly including every saturday. i would like to offer the services again that were not handled properly as well as a good will gesture in that we take pride in the customer experience. Had Great Experience Buying a New Jeep
We test drove a few different SUVs, and had previously really liked the GMC Terrain, but we test drove a Jeep Cherokee Limited and loved it. We purchased our new vehicle yesterday. We found the entire buying experience very easy, and the salesperson Andrew Natoli was not pushy, and very informative and helpful, and he made our decision to purchase very easy for us. Also, we felt Hudson Valley CDJR offered a very fair price for the vehicle, particular offering discounts initially, and they also offered more for our trade then other dealerships, so we felt their first offer was very fair, and that also made our decision easy. We drove the Jeep home yesterday and it is fantastic. We cannot wait to have this car for many years in the future. - Rich and Nikki

Good experience for first lease
Andrew Natoli was our salesperson. Andrew was knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in. He was considerate of our need to discuss some things privately and worked with us to address those things that were important to us. Andrew was extremely professional in handling all aspects of our lease and demonstrated a good sense of humor which my husband and I value. It is an extreme pleasure to deal with Andrew. This was our first experience with leasing a vehicle and we were very pleased. We did purchase our last Jeep at this dealership (under the previous owner) and this was definitely a more positive experience.

Friendly and competent service
After receiving flyers and phone calls from Hudson Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I stopped by to see what they had to offer even though I wasn't sure I was ready to purchase a new vehicle. I explained what I was looking for and Andrew Natoli listened to everything I wanted and found the perfect car to meet my needs. Since I hadn't gone to dealer convinced I needed something new, I told Andrew I needed an hour to think about my decision. He worked with the manager to give me options to make the purchase before I left but did not pressure me when I decided to take time to make the decision. Less than two hours later I had returned to purchase my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee because I wasn't pressured. I also had the opportunity to meet with a Chrysler representative who was at the dealer for the special promo and Mark who secured my financing. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate my needs, explain the different departments at this new dealership and how it was restructuring, and explain all the multitude of features in my new vehicle. What's different about Hudson Valley CDJR? They didn't try to SELL me a car, they let ME buy a car. From the minute my wife and I met Andrew Natoli, we knew this was not your ordinary experience. There was no pressure! Andrew was very concerned about what we wanted and made every effort to find the vehicle for us. Once we found the vehicle we liked, the rest of the staff made it possible for us to purchase it. It's the first time I have ever purchased a car without getting ready for a stressful situation. Love my new Jeep
My salesman, Tom Theohary, as well as the manages and finance dept, all helped to make the process of buying my new Grand Cherokee Limited as easy as possible. They paid attention to my concerns and my requirements, whether it was about the vehicle itself or the financing aspect. Each step of the way I met with a friendly face. The help I did not expect
My first car buying experience through a dealer was made so much easier, not to mention possible, due to the dedication of the team at Hudson Valley CDJR. Starting with Matt K, who treated me the same way as any other customer, even though I had no money for a down payment and my credit score was not the best, the experience was an eye opener. Kyle M and Bill Camastro went above and beyond to help me get into a vehicle that would be safer and much more reliable than what I already had. I am extremely appreciative, and I will be back when it is time to look for the next vehicle. I have already recommended this dealership to others, and will continue to do so. Me and my new Jeep
Tom Theohary helped me through every bit of the process from me walking into the door just looking for an estimate to handing me the keys to my brand new 2014 jeep. I cant thank him, Riley, and Charles enough for everything they did. I will be refering and bringing friends in when they want to buy jeeps because they are jealous of mine.
