Having so many bad experiences with car dealers in the past I can honestly say HVCJDR was a breath of fresh air. For starters my husband spoke with Chris who was absolutely amazing and linked us with Shane. From there I can say I have never met a more no nonsense, straight to the point, knowledgeable sales associate. What impressed us the most is the professionalism of this dealership. They had the car we wanted to see ready and waiting for a test drive. They did not keep us waiting or bull s*** us. Shane's knowledge of this vehicle from the front end all the way to the trunk was impressive. I was totally blown away! Even if I didnt want that car his knowledge, confidence, and expertise made me want that car. He made me and my husband feel so comfortable and at ease. I cant say enough about Shane. He had us in and out in less than 2 hours and we got the car we wanted. Shane and HVCJDR are in a class by theirselves and deserve to be recognized for exceptional service. I recently got into a car accident and need a car quick. I came in and looked at a 2018 Elantra that my friend found online. This was the first dealership and car that I looked at. Debbie was my sales agent and right from the start she made my dad and I feel right at home, and really took the time to work with me and what I needed. She was very patient and understanding, which made me feel really comfortable going through the process of buying a car. totaled my jeep and had exactly ONE DAY to get into a new vehicle, with literally no money down. i’d bought my last car with them and knew i wanted to work with these guys again. although the process took hours (because my insurance dragged it) these guys were super helpful and got me into a new car the same day. a year newer than my last one, with almost the same mileage, and payments cut down by like $50. it was awesome. SHANE was so real and made the process easy and feel genuine and not like he was trying to sell us something. he’s a straight shooter and i recommend going to him. Chris was super helpful too! love these guys.
