Had a recall on my Ridgeline for the fuel pump....
Had a recall on my Ridgeline for the fuel pump. Afterwards the Inside of my truck stunk like gasoline. Took me 3 days and lots of cleaning to get the smell out. Plus the tech didn't reinstall rear trim under backseat. And they broke the left rear seat belt plastic relief (yes, it's an aftermarket part but they still broke it and I need to replace it.) Also they tried to align the truck but it still drifts to the right. Wasted $100 on an alignment that did nothing. Service writers were very nice but the techs failed at their job. This was not a good experience.

John was super nice and communicative. The waiting area spaces are always clean and have amenities. An oil change here is way cheaper than at Hyundai. I always get great service here!
