My experience was not good because I wasn't told I am being sold a car that had close to 2,000 miles and it was a 2023 model instead of the 2024 model rav4. I noticed this during my interaction with the finance department. Salesman Karl knew I wanted the 2024 model rav4; however, I was been sold the 2023 model with odometer reading close to 2,000 miles on it. What makes it worse, the initial offer to purchase the car was $56,000 which I thought was ridiculously high and we agreed on $50,000 out the door price. I was being sold a demo car which I was never informed during my interaction. I am very disappointed with my experience there.
