My overall experience was okay! There were some pros and cons about my experience Pros- The sales Trevor was great and I appreciate the knowledge he provided about Toyota. I never owned a Toyota before, but I do like my selection. Cons- your sales team And manager should not make promise to the customer. if you make a person it’s your word as a salesman to keep it. Getting the sale is a accomplishment but breaking a promise makes the customer you can Be trusted. The financial experience I would say that I felt tricl about the certified warranty that resulted me to pay more than expected so Many different tiers Lastly, i never got a call about the registration I had to call today was the green slip ready 19 days later als No follow up I have been on the service dept I didn’t like I had to pay $512 for a key nor I had to pay on other services if the car under a manufacturer warranty.

Marc and Shyla both were extremely helpful in the purchase of my new car, I appreciate their professionalism, kindness, and care during my time with them.

Unprofessional………. We had to return the vehicle that they approved us for and didn’t tell us over the phone that was had to return the vehicle after having it for 3 weeks. The only thing they told us on the phone was they need us to sign more papers. They didn’t have the deposit we paid on hand so asked us to come back tomorrow. We called and no one was able to help get us our money back.

I was very happy with my service. I was able to lock in my all in cost including tax, title, license and fees all over the phone. This allowed me to fly to Vegas pick up my truck and get back home to SLC the same day. They made buying out of state so simple they sent me everything the DMV needed. Even the lady that works then commented on how they supplied everything she needed and nothing she didn’t. Very smooth transaction! I would definitely buy with them again.
