David Wilson's Toyota of Las Vegas

This dealership practices an unethical way to advertise their cars. Charging the customer an “optional” add on of the gold or silver certificate. The cars are advertised to come with a silver or gold certification on their website. Then when you go to pay the certification is actually 3,000 extra. It’s listed as an optional add on. When I inquired about purchasing the car without the certification I was told that the certification is in fact not optional and there is no deal without buying the extra 3,000 warranty. Very bad business practice and a scam.

Very welcoming environment. It looks like it gets very busy but the employees still make an effort to make sure you are well taken care of. Very attentive to what you are looking for in a car and what would make you comfortable.
