I went in not really knowing what I was looking for and
I went in not really knowing what I was looking for and simply expressed my wants and needs and just by that they delivered! Frankie was beyond helpful in showing me every aspect and detail of what I was purchasing. He was patient with me throughout the whole process. I was not only satisfied by the experience but also how well they listened and delivered. The purchase was smoother anywhere else I have ever went to purchase a car. Overall I will recommend Frankies services to family and friends who are looking into purchasing a vehicle.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We purchased a vehicle from Frankie on 6/22/24, and after reviewing the contract the next day, realized that he completely misled us as to how much the vehicle would end up costing us overall, and just about every aspect of the deal. We went back on Monday 6/24 once they were open again, and sat down with Frankie and Andrew to discuss the issues. All they did was talk in circles and try to explain away all the lies we were told, and then gaslight us and try to make us believe that it had all been explained to us correctly and clearly, and that we somehow misunderstood. They interrupted me repeatedly when I was explaining what Frankie had told us and how different it was from what was on the contract and what they were now saying, and became condescending toward me. They asked what they could do to make it right, and then told me that it wasn’t possible and only were willing to admit to and “fix” one small discrepancy of $1600, when they are charging us over $23,000 more than we were led to believe, plus additional interest on that amount. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! They are dishonest, and will use sleazy sales tactics to rob you of your money.
