They don't call you back after purchases.

They don't call you back after purchases. Also bought a truck and the salesperson and I agreed on a price. When I signed they added more to that agreed number

Our salesman, Bruno was awesome.

Our salesman, Bruno was awesome. He was not pushy, he was knowledgeable and he responded in a reasonable time to our texts. The fiancé person, Junior, was professional and completed the paperwork quickly. We appreciate how easy it was to buy our new Grand Highlander from this dealership.

I found the whole process of buying the car a little

I found the whole process of buying the car a little confusing and didn’t feel like everything was explained well. Also we met with Xavier who was excellent but Blair also was taking care of our case and he was not very helpful or friendly. Only communication was when we came in to pay. The only text we received from him was “when will you being the rest of the money” when we had already discussed this the day before. Xavier was much more helpful in helping guide us through the process.

I have purchased 3 cars over the past 5 years.

I have purchased 3 cars over the past 5 years. It’s always been a pleasant and positive experience. The last purchase was good until my salesperson showed his true colors when I returned to pick up my title. I would have given a 5 star rating but was very disappointed by the change in personality. Management seems to be very good.
