David Wilson Toyota is so professional and friendly. I have been buying Toyota for over 25 years and this is the only dealership I will go to for service or purchase. Scott the GM always has time to say hello and Sam Upton is always friendly and available to say hi, Fermin is an awesome sales person and also Darlene and Service has been my service rep since 1990 love this dealership. Sale person Fernanda and finance guy Harold are not responsible person after I paid in full amount $93500. I keep on asking for my 2nd key none of them get back to me. Also the car came without owner manual book I keep on asking them they never get back to. After they got all my money they don’t care about me

Sales man was great, informative and professional. His manager promised me a copy of the recon (4950 value) i purchased the car and they refused to send me the file as they said they woud. 162 point inspection they said anything 80% or less was changed to new. I saw rhe recon report there at the dealership and front brakes are on the yellow 6mm. Price posted was 40,500 but they added the recon after i arrive which was deceiving. We negotiated the recon for 50% less there since i paid some of it that report is mine. Front brakes were less then 80% at lot less so they lie to me about recon specs and the 162 point inspection. Car is beautiful and o wanted it anyways but thwy were not transparent and honest about some things.
