He was real patient and friendly excellent customer service kept checking on us, trying to find every different types of solution even took the time explaining my truck futures answering all of my questions.

I went in for maintenance.

I went in for maintenance. A beeping sound, and while talking to the maintenance advisor I again inquired about a Toyota Corolla Hybrid. After 1 1/2 years I wasn't hopeful at all. He told me he would contact sales department while I was waiting for maintenance to be completed. Deserve showed up after 30 minutes and the rest was excellent. I have my Hybrid!!! I'm the happiest woman in the universe!
