Found the best salesman at Kelly

I was dreading car shopping because of previous experiences...but, last weekend (in the below zero temperatures) my husband and I went out looking for a new car because the lease on my Toyota was up. Efrain was the only salesman to come outside and tell us to come inside and he would talk us through what we wanted (since it was so cold). I originally was looking at buying a preowned SUV but really couldn't make up my mind. Efrain walked from the used lot (in the freezing cold) to the Mitsubishi lot to bring up a new 2016 Outlander for me to look at. He listened to everything I was looking for and found the SUV in the price range I was ok with. He did everything he could to make the process as quick and smooth as possible since we had our kids with us. Efrain was super friendly and made sure we were happy and comfortable with our decision. Efrain was fantastic. Anyone that needs anything vehicle related should go see Efrain! I love my new 2016 Outlander!!

Outstanding service and overall pleasure

The gentlemen mentioned below were the best I have ever been associated with at a dealership. For 22 years I've always bought Toyota's until 2008 when I bought my first outlander. Over an eight year period of having it serviced at Kelly and dealing with Jim I began to realize that no were else had I ever been treated so fairly, and been given such great economical deals. After having my vehicle totaled by a young man on January 31st I decided to return to Kelly and these gentlemen bent over backwards for me. I bought a brand new 2016 Outlander SEL with all the bells and whistles and you know what, they only made a very small profit on this sale. This tells me of the commitment they have for repeat customers. Not that I'm saying I didn't get a fair deal in 2008 but this time around I literally "stole" this SUV. They also through in so many extras in for free that I could not say no. I was planning on going back to Toyota but after the way I was treated, this was a no brainer. I thank Dave, Norris, Lou, Travis, Jim, and Mo for their time and effort and they should be commended for their professionalism. Of and beyond what they needed to do! Couldn't ask for anything more. Respectfully, Michael J. Boylan PS.....................I will continue to have my car serviced there and will remain a repeat customer for years to come. My wife is now considering trading in her Corolla for an outlander so we can have His and Hers.

Going beyond the sale

I am blown away by the service I have received at Kelly! We traded in an 07 Mitsubishi Outlander about 1 month ago and purchased a 2015 Outlander Sport. Learning the workings of a new car can be quite confusing. David not only took the time to go over each and every detail with me but has been available any time, given me his cell phone to answer any questions that come up. He has been patient and kind and has been there, AFTER the sale!!! I would highly recommend Kelly Mitsubishi for anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. We live closer to another Mitsubishi dealership, but I will travel the extra distance to deal with Kelly!

Courteous, Respectful, and Receptive

I needed someone who understood that I needed a safe, certified, pre-owned vehicle, that my whole family could use in comfort, as well as a small, safe car that my up & coming driver could use. We bought two cars from Louis at Kelly. We didn't need a lesson about the cars, we did a lot of legwork before we arrived. What we needed was a salesperson and a team of support staff who were courteous and understood our needs, did not keep us waiting all day to make a deal, and got us out on the road. This is what we got. We were at several dealers prior to Kelly, and we left them feeling tired and annoyed. There is a good team at Kelly, and we appreciated their willingness to work with us, and our budget.

exceptional service

My experience leasing a new car was exceptional,my saleman David Chwastyk was very knowledgeable of the product he was selling which made me very comfortable with my big purchase.He was also very thorough with the delivery of the vehicle to ensure my safety.he went the extra mile to help me switch my insurance over as well.i would highly recommend him to others in need of a great car!

Great Experience, Helpful Staff

Louis helped us over at Kelly Jeep for the purchase of our 2016 Grand Cherokee. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. We knew exactly what we wanted and how much we were willing to spend, and Louis was respectful of that. Would buy from Kelly again in the future.

Great service!

Highly professional staff with great deals for new leases. Dave is a very honest, and professional salesman. I would never go anywhere else!! Kelly mitsubishi has a new loyal customer for life!

Never buy a car from KELLY

The worst customer service ever.First you sell me a lemon then want to charge me an a and a leg to fix it you guys are out of your mind. I would not recommend anyone to go there ever!!!
