Jacob went the extra mile to help us get into our little Accent. We've been really happy with it. Thinking about getting a pickup. I've already browsed some of their trucks online.

When we had gone there in early 2018, we were looking for a car for me. We had found the perfect car and working with them was so easy and if we had any problems with the car to bring it back. I moved to cache valley as a single mom In 2015. Jacob Olsen helped me get into a nice Pontiac G6 with a smoking deal. It was a great car. After I met my fiance and our family grew, we needed a family car and they were there with open arms to help us. I was sad to see my little sports car go but they made the experience worth it. Going to Rich’s was the best decision to make. With the fact that Cache valley is definitely a close community. We see each other doing our daily family activities. We definitely have some big name places to get a car from but the experience is not up to par. I am a firm believer in local business growth and so forth. The overall experience of going to select a car from Rich’s was not just a great selection of vehicles in particular trucks which was is my vehicle choice of fancy. I have gained a greater value in the company based on the superb salesman Jake Olson. He was knowledgeable and kind not pushy in any way. I hate going to lot after lot looking for the car you want and the salesmen don’t help by coxing you to a certain car that really may not be what you are looking for. Jake was not like this!!! He listened to what I wanted and was looking for and suggested a Percocet match based on his attentiveness. I’m positive if you go to Rich’s looking for quality vehicle and service and impeccable salesmen like Jake you will find it’s there.

Well I've been searching for about a year I can get no place to help me out my credits not real good been through a divorce child support and all that good stuff when I heard about Rich's Car Credit and so I took a journey over there first person I meet was Jacob. i tell him what I was looking for he took me out to a couple vehicles he said fill out this app and we'll see what we can do it was an online app so I filled it out next morning Jacob told me to come over and pick up my truck I couldn't believe it I will use Rich's Car Credit over and over again. The main thing I'd like to put in this other car dealers look at my credit and actually get kind of rude towards me Jacob he never said one word about it nice to hold time actually everybody in that building was nice I will recommend them to everybody that needs a car

Absolutely loved car shopping at Rich's cars. They never once tried to pressure me into any vehicle and when I finally chose the car I wanted they were super helpful and very willing. Would reccomend to anyone. Jocob was great to work with.

Made our trade in and entire loan process quick and easy. Went the extra mile to find the car we wanted right down to the interior color and got it from another dealership! Great experience all around
