The staff is very quick to greet and take care of you as soon as you arrive. The service to the car is done in a timely manner along with the explanation of what they did. The staff are very friendly and polite at the same time!!

Good Dealership
Answered my questions and quick service. Also gave me a chance to test drive a new Sienna with Bill Peters... he is a really great sales person. The key to my Highlander was misplaced but Jon and Bill P. found it in the shop after about 15 minutes.

Outstanding Dealership all around
I dealt with Jamie in the service department and she was fantastic. Very personable and knowledgeable. She took the time to write down all my problems so that my vehicle was serviced properly. She is an asset to your already great dealership. I then spoke to Ron one of the salesmen and he took the time to show me vehicles I would be interested in purchasing from you. He also was a pleasure to deal with and took the time to research the trade in value I would get if I bought from you. I was very pleased with both of these employees and will continue to do business with Williams Toyota. I also have to say that your mechanics although I did not get to meet them did an excellent job on repairing and adjusting my vehicle. It is very apparent that customer care is a top priority in your organization which is one of the main reasons I'll keep coming back.

Outstanding experience
My wife and I have been leasing from Williams Toyota for many years. They have always offered fair prices and superior service. This time was no exception. Having first called Brian Hughes because of our history at the Sayre location, he presented a lease proposal for an Avalon Limited that met my every requirement at a very fair price. The car arrived at the dealership two days later with my special request for Michelin tires. I was then introduced to Darek Gulich who spent considerable time walking me through the paper work and demonstrating every feature on the car. Darek did the most helpful and thorough orientation that I have ever received from a sales associate. He also called the following day to see if I needed any help or had questions. The whole experience was first-rate from beginning to end. My wife and I couldn't have been happier and have shared the experience with several friends.

Friendly, genuine sales staff and great cars
Everyone was really friendly, but beyond that they were real people. Our salesman Matt was great, he offered us all of the normal car add-ons and wasn't aggressive about it when we declined, which I really appreciated.
