I have rated the service as great simply because it was. First of all they made an honest assessment of the need and did not try to upsale me to services that were not required. However they did alert me to upcoming concerns which I liked so I could plan ahead instead of being surprised by the need in the future. The work was well done with total respect to the vehicle. They also left it very clean and went the extra mile to be sure I was not inconvenienced in any way. The service was completed in a timely manner and they made sure I was comfortable as I waited. I am handicapped, and Viviana was very sensitive to my need for a chair to sit in, water or coffee, and she walked to me instead of asking me to walk to her. I liked being able to check out at her service desk instead of having to walk and stand in line at the cashier. The whole visit was very nice and I actually look forward to my next service with Fladeboe where I am always greeted with friendly, courteous employees who want to meet my need, and honor me with the respect a customer deserves. I have never been more impressed with a dealership than I am with Fladeboe---starting with the sale through Burton Hillis and through every encounter I have had over the last two years, your team has truly been great! We have been coming back to Fladeboe Honda for regular service visits for the last 5 1/2 years and have always been impressed with their outstanding customer service. They have consistently offered coupons for reduced rates on service. I was even surprised that their price for tires was less than one of their major competitors. We love how they always wash and vacuum our car too.

Always excellent service. Very attentive service mgmt. it's always a pleasure to come to this dealership. The car wash is always a unexpected plus.

I have always used Honda/Fladeboe service b/c I feel that they do not rip me off. But, the service this time was exceptional. Tom Lowery not only delivered excellent customer service, but he did it with a cheerful sincerity that was nice. I also love the new loaner program. It makes getting my car serviced at Fladeboe fun. I get to try new Hondas, and I really enjoy that. I also really like the people who work over at the loaner department. They are friendly. I would recommend this dealership repair department to everybody.

I bought a 2003 Civic Hybrid from Fladeboe and have been going there for service ever since. I had a problem with my IMA Battery for the second time and...out of warranty now. They've always been professional and helpful (even found my gold wedding ring on the ground once and I got it back!) and this time was no exception. They worked with me on the cost, put me in a brand new "loaner" car, and completed the job ahead of schedule. Sylvia was exceptionally helpful in getting this repair done and really went above and beyond for me. Overall, as good an experience as you could hope for when dealing with a costly repair.

Wonderful experience. Done on time and without trouble. Easy scheduling of appointment. Ray was helpful in determining intervals between oil changes to maximize engine life.

Since I began bringing my Accord to this dealership for service inning in late 2011, the experience has always been the same: efficient, friendly and reliable. It's a pleasure doing business with your staff. I wish all the companies I deal with were run as well as this one. Makes me want to continue buying or leasing Hondas.
