What should?ve been a great experience was minimized by the amount my monthly payments increased- by over 50%! This is for the same model and asking price. I felt pressured to make a decision immediately, when I just went in to inquire about my options, since my lease was expiring. Didn?t plan to get involved in a decision that day since I had four months left on my lease. I was presented with a now or never option to lease again!

You've got a customer for life!

My salesman, Joe, was highly knowledgeable and truly enjoys his job. He understood my needs immediately and worked hard to put me in the right truck that fit my budget. Even though Joe showed me plenty of other vehicles to test drive, I ended up buying the first truck he showed me. Like I said, Joe understood my needs immediately. The rest of the team from service to finance where very professional, patient and helpful. Thank you Joe and everyone! I Love My Truck!

Excellent experience at Used Car division

Had a great experience working with Joe and all the Used Car Staff. Never felt pressued, everything came together exceptionally easy and they were just fun to work with.

Both sales and service have been excellent.

Both sales and service have been excellent. I love my new Camaro and they have been very attentive. Service even sent me photos through txt when the car was being serviced!

Worst dealership ever!

Worst dealership ever!!! Stay away they just want to rip you off and make you feel like you are lucky to purchase a car from them. NEVER going back!

Was denied my request for a payoff quote following my three year lease. They try and sell you on their financing as the only option. Complete group of xxxxxxxx. I’m sure they have taken advantage of people that don’t understand their consumer rights. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealer. Plenty of GM dealers to go to instead.

Great Dealership

Upon entering the facility, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist at the booth. She directed me to where I needed to go and whom I needed to see. Again, I was warmly greeted by the counter person who introduced himself as Ben Glisson. I explained what was wrong with my car, which was somewhat technical, but Ben seemed to understand the exact nature of the problem. All the special promotional items were done, like oil change, tire rotation, etc. The problem with my brakes, which was the main reason I came in, was taken care of via my extended warranty. In addition, a video of the work actually being done was supplied, which I thought was a great touch. The work was performed expeditiously, and I was informed, by phone, of everything that was done. Good job!

Expensive expected still have the leaks not water

My car is still leaking and it?s not water I guess I?ll be my own mechanic and buy my own tracer fluid. Don?t ask a customers telephone number and not send this video you supposed took that?s just a creepy way of checking my number
