Robert Yang is a fantastic car salesman. He is very professional, patient & extremely helpful with every aspect of buying a car. He really takes the time to make his customers satisfied and shows that he cares about their happiness. Also, Robert genuinely shows his appreciation for his customer and their wants. If I had any questions about anything, he was sure to find my answer. I would DEFINITELY recommend his service to anyone looking a stress free, easy car search/purchase. I think Volkswagen is extremely lucky to have Robert on their team.

Robert Yang is probably the greatest car salesman out there. He is very professional, calm, and understanding. Walking into Norm Reeves Volkswagen, I wasn't sure I would actually find a car that fits my budget and had low mileage. But Robert Yang found it! He sold me my very first car. Went in to look at the VW Passat, not really sure what to expect. Nice ride, but after, seemed like the car was a bit out of my price range. After going back and forth, Robert managed to get me a deal within the price range I was comfortable with. We were pretty much giving him a hard time, but he was very calm and professional about the whole thing, and worked hard to get me a deal I was looking for.
